This is a brand new with tags women’s extra large green velvet, draper dreams dress. It has an open curved neckline. The sleeves are elastic at the end with slight ballooning. It is fully lined in the body. It is a women’s size extra large. When I received this dress, it had the black bow. However, it was not a fixed with a plastic tie like on the other Draper James dresses. So I am not quite sure this is the original tie for the waist. I don’t think this dress necessarily needs a tie, but, the one that is pictured may not be the original. The tie is long enough to tie twice around so that is how I showed it.
