NWT this beautiful, green and black striped blouse by elementz has two breast pockets, a shirred waste and three-quarter link sleeves with a matching strap and button to bring those sleeves up your arm a few inches. The shoulders have a matching strap and black button for extra accent. Approximate measurements seam to seam- Shoulders 17 1/2 inches Under arm 25 inches length 29 inches The material is 97% polyester and 3% spandex There is a little extra thread at the right side of the waist.
