NWT faux leather, hold studded sheath dress

I've had this dress for a while and it's too small for me now. This is a new C. Graffiti black faux leather dress with a plastic gold spiked under bust. One of the spikes looks loose ( is pictured). I cannot find any other imperfections. There is no padding in the top. But, the straps are adjustable and there is a side zip. I cannot find a size in it, but, it Measures: 14.5" waist, 18" skirt opening, and is 28" long (from the top of the cup to the bottom of the skirt). Does have some stretch to it.
