NWT gemstone fine silver plated heart 18” necklace

Necklace is brand new in box and kept in a clean smoke free home. The box top is missing. It’s open without cover as shown. Sold at Kohls $50. I tested the stone with my presidium II gem tester and it registered garnet, tourmaline, iolite category. So the composition is similar to those stones. It’s diamond cut in a prong setting and under light a little sparkle of color. It shines like a diamond although it is not. It’s not labeled regarding stone used.
