Beautiful dress by forever 21. Incredibly stretchy to fit your curves and new with tags. No flaws and a very nice summer look. It has two belt loops, and would look great with a skinny black belt. Laying flat the bust measures from armpit toarmpit between 12 and 17 inches. The waist also stretches between 12 and 17 inches across the front.
