NWT halter dress

New with tags. Beautiful light weight long dress. Open Back. There side slits in both sides of the skirts. Elastic waist. Measures approx 34 inches around. Top ties to preferred length. Adjustable tie. Measures approx 42 inches from waist to bottom hem. Has silver threads in fabric. PS you can slightly see the cloth back tag through the other side if you separate the gathers. This is at the waste in the back. I would cut it out if I were you.
