NWT high rise wool like shorts size 9

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mcanela78. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! Great pair of well-made, well-tailored black short from indie Japanese brand. Size 9 is Japan sizing; US equivalent would be 2-4. I am usually a US 4, and this does not fit. Perfect condition, NWT, only tried on once.
