NWT homecoming dress

Material is soft and stretchy. It’s really good quality and isn’t super thin like most Windsor dresses, for example. It has adjustable straps and has an adjustable string along the side to change the length! Still has tags! Just never used it. Perfect for homecoming, weddings, and other events!
