NWT ivory and black cocktail dress, size medium

Beautiful brand new cocktail dress from Nordstrom. Ivory with black lace detail in medium. When I bought it it had a small black mark on the inside slip that barely shows through from the outside of the dress. I planned to just wash it and assumed it would come right out but I ended up never having a place to wear it so never washed it.
