comfycozyangie @ellynjoy actually that was my idea when I purchased it. In the morning I will take some measurements of the waist to give you an idea if it will work for you in that way. I will also let you know where it hits on the leg. Have a wonderful night. 🌼

comfycozyangie The elastic “waistband” measures at 17 inches and the stretchy fabric underneath the band is about 20 inches. It will go down to between the knee and calf when worn as a dress. I usually wear a m/l and trying it on as a dress, it was just a tad loose in the chest area. If you are handy and can tack it just a small little bit on the waistband, it should work. I folded over the waistband maybe an inch and it felt pretty good. If you are a little broader in your chest, it may work as is. 🌼
