NWT jersey dress

Flutter-sleeve jersey dress by Lucky, new with tags. Lovely drape, falls above the knee (I am 5'2") and can be dressed up or down. The double flutter detail on the sleeve makes it dressy enough for a night out, but it's an easy--to-wear piece great for vacation or beach as well.
