NWT light NY&Co blouse

Really cute design Tie in the back underneath the shirt so it still flows even when tied Please note there is a tiny pull in the material in the back. This is in the last photo and is accounted for in price (which is firm) I don’t believe the pull would be noticeable while wearing.
