NWT linen dress with ruffle hem

Brand new, never worn dress with original tags. 100% linen with ruffled hem. Belt is missing that’s why it was discounted from Macy’s. Short sleeves that can be rolled up or not. Back of neck to the bottom of the dress is 49 inches. Waist is just under 18 inches from hip to hip. Machine wash cold, do not use bleach, tumble dry low, steam iron high. Comes from a smoke free home. No tears, stains, holes, snags.
