NWT mini dress or tunic w/open long sleeves

BRAND NEW WITH TAGS mini dress or tunic with an adorable keyhole opening on the front neckline that closes with a tiny button. The long sleeves are opened from the shoulder down to the wrist. I had a difficult time taking pics of the sleeves to show you how sweet and Dani one they are. It measures 20.5” armpit to armpit and LLR is 32” in length. Size medium.
