NWT never worn formal gown: black tulle sequin/stone embroidery Art Deco prom 22

Never-worn, Art Deco era, “Great Gatsby”-esque, mega-glam midnight black w/nude opaque top-under-liner, deep-V back & zipper entry at tip of “V,” boatneck neckline, sleeveless tank-straps, full floor-length multilayered raw-cut tulle (seamed black fabric liner under skirt & adds “floof”/volume/flowy shape w/out bulk—plus leg cut-out, hand-sewn dual-row of white pear-shaped rhinestones encircle front/back ‘natural’ waist, & mesh/lace bodice has front-to-back, dramatic, swirling, geometric semi-Victorian/semi-Art Nouveau/ALL Art Deco damask, w/glittering, continuously overlapping jet-black sequins along the swirling, curved pattern. THIS DRESS BRINGS THE DRAMA, and it will make you want to TWIRL! It was first purchased as a maid-of-honor gown for an early summer Art Deco-theme beachfront ballroom wedding at dusk, but bride went w/a similar, more elaborate shadow gray frock, & this stunner went carefully back into its JJ’s House dust-jacket, deep into my closet. Sizing: My measurements matched EXACTLY w/dressmakers size 22 (I usu. wear 18 in jeans), & hem was crafted for my 5’7” height BUT w/addtl length for 3-inch heels AND to pool on floor below. B: 49”/W: 43” (usu 41.5” but gown stretches very little—gave myself 1.5” extra & no regrets)/& 64.5” L shoulder-to-hem. STUNNING & comfortable on a plus-sized apple-shape!
