NWT oh so soft hoodie

Navy color Cowl-style oversized hood. Thumbhole cuffs. Two hidden, lay-flat pockets in front. Fade and shrink resistant. Fabric: 58% Cotton, 42% Polyester. I would personally say this fits much smaller then a xxxl. I usually wear a 2x and this is to tight for my liking. But that is my personal opinion
