NWT one shoulder long crepe charmeuse dress in martini olive

Crepe one shoulder bodice with charmeuse satin full skirt with slit. Has a tie sash. You can see the sewn in piece to keep the tie in place pulled out on one side (last pic). Definitely fixable. Dress is unaltered, may have been the store sample but I’m not sure. The color in my photos is more realistic than the photo from the David’s Bridal website (2nd pic).
