NWT pink/white floral A-line dress

Sweet little floral fit and flare dress from JCPenny, NWT. Square neckline in front and back, finished with pink piping. Waist is 17" laid flat, length is 31" pit to hem. Includes stitched belt loops, but was purchased without belt. Print is best shown in the 4th pic - watercolor pink and yellow flowers with bright green leaves.
