NWT polka dot peplum dress

NWT black and white polka dot strapless peplum dress. Seriously, this is SO CUTE on but it's a size too large for me. Very flattering! I normally don't like wiggle dresses but this makes me look fabulous. The back of the top has elastic so it's very comfortable. Fabric has stretch too.
