NWT retro floral Tory Burch dress

This dress is in flawless condition- it’s new with tags and has never been worn. It has beautiful details from folds to topstitching. The colors are brown, off white, light blue, orange, and light yellow in a lovely retro floral print. Sadly it is too small for me- I am usually a xs-s/0-2 but this dress truly is a xxs/00 as listed on the tag. I can put it on but it is too restrictive in the arm/shoulder area for me to comfortably wear because it’s not my size.
