This is a great dress for all year round. It's new. The color is Slate blue. A blueish gray. The material is a crinkled polyester. It gathers by drawstring in the front and straight in the back. Buttons half way up. With 3/4 sleeves. I bought this and a brown one for me. I just didn't like the color for me. It is so cute on!! I bought these on vacation at a boutique and could not return this one. It is so flattering on.

melfstone @mamahen66 it is 38in from top of shoulder to bottom but is 2in shorter in front. Has a rounded front and square bottom with a little split. The material is very pretty in person.
