This is a NWT never worn Tommy Bahama handkerchief hem skirt in a cotton and silk blend. The waist is elastic, and there is an elastic gather in the front. It’s an A-line shape with an asymmetrical hemline. The waistband is satin. It’s very full and flouncy! This is a size XS / US 2. The overall color is a cream / off-white with periwinkle blue flowers and a light green vine pattern all over.
