NWT, silk sheer, very light weight blouse. Big neck bow. Split at back neck. Could remove tag and wear split in front for a different look. There is a flat pull in one of the ties, but does not show when wearing/tied (2nd to last pic). I’d describe the color as a medium army green/mushroom color. Pls ask for add’l measurements if needed. most shoppers are aware that all brands and different styles from the same brand can run differently.
