NWT size 18/20 Lane Bryant sweater dress. Black and white. Has tie at the waist. Shoulder to shoulder 16 inches un stretched. Length should to bottom @ 43 inches. I love this dress and planed to wear it this winter but lost some weight and now it’s a little big.
