skyblue02 @muldowneyb okay here are the measurements! The busy layer flat across is 16in the part where the 2 pieces meet/ the waist is 15 in the hips are around 19 in! Sorry for the late response!

skyblue02 @muldowneyb yes those are for when it is laying flat also in the chest there is more room then that because there is area for the chest that I can't really measure. The dress is stretchy only maybe an inch but still some stretch! If you want to text me at 630-947-6641 I can maybe send you photos of me in the dress so you can get a better feel. I wear a 32C and it doesn't stay up on me.
