NWT skirt

brand new with tags. 🥰 size large but feels more like medium 15-16” across so 31” total. (stretchy)waist but right below the seam it’s 18”. It has a wide “fold over” waistband with pocket in front. Retail was 159$ Black is tricky but believe me it’s jet black. Lined and has ruching and tie on one side .. the feel is scrumptious..
