NWT spandex like black pants

NWT black pants. 76% Cotton, 20% polyester and 4% spandex. These pants are stretchy skinny pants a little shiny almost like leggings but pants a little shiny. Brand new never even tried on. Would look great with high boots or sneakers and a t-shirt. Perfect for any weather besides very hot. Front look like there are pockets. Back have two pockets. 12 inch waist and stretch so maybe up to a size 14 inch, upper leg is 8 inch and length is about 40 inches. Offers always welcome!
