NWT stay cool wrinkle free Navy shorts

Hard to get a great picture of the pattern, but it’s a navy with sort of an undertone of a tie dye effect. It’s very minimal (see the 3rd pic). These are the most comfortable amazing shorts but unfortunately just too big for me. Waist is 15” flat and length is 16”
