Brand new, with tags still attached, NWT, strapless dress from Guess. A-line fit, built in bras, flares out near bottom with ruffle accent near bottom edges. Ombre or tie die like design. Fades from a light beige neutral color to a pretty blue. Perfect summer dress. Size XS (00-2). Bust stretches since there is elastic in back and bottom is loose fitted due to Aline cut.
