NWT stretchy short shorts from Brazil - S/M

I looove these shorts! Bought them in Brazil and never could fit them. They said size L but they are super tiny. Maybe a medium could squeeze, but I think the fit is more for a size small. Price is firm OR reduced if bundled with anything else :)
