NWT taffeta blouse with puff sleeves

This awesome Levi's blouse is so gorgeous and unique! Structured, tailored taffeta and statement sleeves, with smocking that stretches on the back. Works with jeans or could be worn more formally with a skirt or trousers. This is new with tags. Labeled size Medium but it fits like a small, please see measurements and note that the stretchy back is mostly for getting the garment on and off vs. making the sizing more flexible.
