Stunning and unusual 100% wool bustier by Heritage of Scotland in Edinburgh. I bought this six years ago when I lived in Scotland but have never worn it because it doesn't fit my waist. I've held onto it because I just couldn't let it go! Laces up in the front and back and also features a hidden zipper. It is in 'Heritage of Scotland' tartan (blue, purple, white, black). Hem is asymmetrical and features frayed edging. Lining is polyester. N.B. MODEL IS WEARING MATCHING SKIRT.

bintilbeled @5ftgiant It does tie up, but there is also a zipper at the side so you don't need to tie and untie every time you wear. Tied tight, the waist is 13.5" laid flat. It's not really stretchy, but the fabric is soft and relatively lightweight, so it has some give. Let me know if you have more questions!
