NWT velvet embroidered jacket duster dressy large paparazzi blue

Newest tags, Paparazzi biz velvet duster button-down the front hand embroidered peacocks on the front and bottom and the entire back is embroidered with a beautiful peacock blue rose pattern. This is teal and a dark blue. There are two left. It’s simply to die for I love this jacket. It is my favorite by far.
