NWT vintage Panther Woman wool blend plaid skirt deadstock academia tweed

Here we have a beautiful vintage piece. High-waisted wool and polyester blend skirt with lining, with original tags attached from the now defunct (bought out by entities of Macy's) Hecht's department store. Based on the type of tag, I belive it is from the 90s. Has autumn academia vibes with its tweed look. Size 18W See pictures for measurements, as this is vintage and sizing is different.
