NWT white floral romper

I bought this from a boutique on PM but It’s just a little too big on me. Tag says SM but seems to fit more like a SM/Med. The Top fit great but the chiffon bottoms were flowy and just a little too big for me. It’s absolutely gorgeous! And in Perfect condition!
