What's the length shoulder to hem? And Layed flat, what's the inches across the stomach at the line before it starts to flair? TY

@destinbeach76 I just saw your comment, I'm so sorry for the late reply! The waist line right before it flares measures 11 and 3/4 inches laid flat (23.5 inches around). And from shoulder to hem the dress is 39 inches.

@natfast82 I don't think so. I'm typically a size 4 (27 inch waist) and the dress fits me very snug so I would say it runs small.

@destinbeach76 I'm 5'7 and 123 pounds (waist is about 27 1/2 inches and 32D bust) and the dress fits me very tightly if that helps.
