NWT white, soft, ballet tutu with silver sequin trim

Very soft pull on skirt. The skirt, features for soft layers, trimmed with silver sequins, and a 2 1/2” wide comfortable soft elastic waist band. The skirt measures about 10 inches from the center out to the rhinestone trim.
