NWT white with blue leaf dress

From Australian boutique. New with tags. White flowing top that ties around the neck with a scoop back. Side cutouts. Fitted elastic ruched skirt. Blue/green leaf print. Too big for me and no matter how hard I try, I can't get it to work for me. Size is AU 6 which is same as US 0-2 or XS - S. Not LF but similar material and style. All my prices are negotiable.
