NWT xix palms tahoe belle sleeve dress

flowy light blue floral dress from xix palms. size 3 by their sizing but i think it’s a bit bigger than a medium/US 6. deep v and belle sleeves, can be made less deep since it has a hook and eye closure an inch up from the v. polyester! really nice and cute, just too big for me sadly. 21” pit to pit.
