NWT$158 Anthropologie Hutch Denim Blue Eyelet Dress -Open back with large bow

$158 Anthropologie Hutch Blue Eyelet Cut Out Dress, Fit Flare. Sz S/M with Pockets! Condition is "New with tags". Fabric: 96% Polyester, 4% spandex. Side zipper. Open back with bow which covers bra. The sizing for this dress runs large in my opinion-the tag says small but I feel someone who usually wears a size 8-10 would be comfortable in this dress. I've included measurements (taken laying flat) below (the fabric stretches a bit as well): 41" long, 14" waist, 17" bust, 1 1/4' strap width. Dress is brand new with tags attached from a smoke free home.
