NWT ASOS Floral Cutout Dress

This is a new with tags short sleeved dress by ASOS. It has a ring at the center and cutouts on the sides and back. This dress also has a keyhole opening on the back, which is closed with a small button, and there is an extra button sewn onto the tag. The dress is white with purple, pink, green, and blue floral print. Note the elastic at the cuffs, waist, and chest. 95% polyester 5% elastane Pit to pit: 15.5" Length: 32"
