hello can you tell me the fabric does it have any stretch?

@dfishwitch well the back has elastic. I went and got it to measure the waist and it stretches to 22 inches. I know I wear about a 1x and I wear the 2x because I wear a 42dd in the chest size and I wanted a little looser fit. Hope that helps
