NWT Cupcakes & Cashmere Lace Dress

This is a new with tags dress by Cupcakes & Cashmere. It has a solid black lining with a red and black floral lace overlay. There is a keyhole opening on the chest and a zipper on the back with a hidden inner clasp. Note the cold shoulder style sleeves as shown in the photos.
