The peacock graphics on this dress are stunning. Elastic band above chest and under with a wide ruffle. Top lined. Longer in back. Ruffled around bottom. Size XS (4-6) showing on my size 6 mannequin. Measures 26-38 at above chest, 32-36 under chest, 42 at hips. 31 long in front 34 in back from the elastic top to the hem.
