NWT Grey and Silver Sequins Cut Out Dress

NWT. Beautiful dress. Perfect for wedding and prom season coming up. Unlined on the bottom but thicker velvet material. The top does have a second layer sewn into it. Silver sequins throughout (none are missing that I can see). Back cutout. Zipper back to bottom of the dress. Has a chain like metal sewn into to underneath of the bottom to make it frilly (for lack of better words). No padding in front for the girls. No flaws to note that I can see or find.
