samyderek stretchy material? is this true to size or run like small?

tia_schier @samyderek hi! Thanks for checking out my closet! Sorry slow response my kid (Bully—frenchie) went emergency yesterday & was hectic; luckily pulled muscle & not broken. Anyhow it’s tts but don’t remember if stretchy so I’ll pull it out to check. Since taking out, if you want I can take different measurement?

It’s not stretchy. material is thick. lining is slightly smaller than dress & very stretchy—sewn in more at top but only on sides at bottom. top bra part doesn’t stretch & rest has tiny bit of stretch but definitely wouldn’t say it’s stretchy. Please lemme know if you have any other questions!

tia_schier @samyderek I added more measurements to listing & found the entire dress width can stretch about 1”, & little more stretchy at waist & hips. Hope this helps! Thanks for asking…needed to update my listing description!
