NWT This dress has two lovely parts. The blue top has an interesting twisted neckline with a small cut out. Bracelet length sleeves. Back zip. The black skirt is pencil shape. Tucks at left hip. Size M measures 36 at chest, 28 at waist, 36 at hips, 35 at bottom hem. Beautiful and NEW.
