plasticgirl Hi Laura, I purchased the Hermes watch bundle from you. Having trouble connecting it as it is showing it is still connected to your email. The Verizon rep said to have you go on your phone, click on Apple ID then scroll through devices and make sure to delete it from there. Could you please delete it otherwise I am unable to use the watch.

hallelau @plasticgirl Hi! I just did that and went to my watch app and all show that it’s not connected to me anymore. I had actually taken it in to the Apple Store to make sure it was unpaired before I shipped it and they said it was good to go. Do you have one of those local? Verizon people are so hit and miss. Also you can go in to settings on the watch and reset it too…that should reset it to factory settings.

plasticgirl @hallelau Ok, that’s odd. As it’s when attempting to pair it shows your Apple ID.

plasticgirl Verizon said the only way that happens is when it’s still under your Apple ID listed as devices on your phone. When walking me through it on mine I could see all my devices attached to my Apple ID.

hallelau @plasticgirl yeah I even went in to my Verizon app and nothing. Try resetting it to factory settings…the Apple Store should be able to help you too. Sorry since I don’t have it with me and I’m not seeing it on my phone, I don’t know what to do but go there!

plasticgirl @hallelau No worries again it’s not under watch or Verizon app. It under your settings and then Apple ID. They cannot by pass the Apple ID part which is the problem.

hallelau @plasticgirl Yes, I went under settings then Apple ID. Only my current watch is showing. I’m sorry this is a pain! It’s not showing at my end at all. The Apple Store should be able to reset it.

hallelau @plasticgirl ok! I went on to my computer and signed in there and was able to pull up all old devices…thanks google! Anyway, I hit remove…so you should be good!
