NWT Jasmine Full Length Black Classic Prom Dress Sheath/Mermaid

It says sz 14 but it is not. It barely zipped up on the mannequin! I'm guessing maybe a size 6? Pit to pit is 16, hips across is about 16". Dress is stretchy, but not that stretchy😉. Dry clean only. Ok i had my daughter try this on. Definitely a size 4-6 in hips. She's tiny! Bust is a little larger due to the strap length, but still fits a smaller bust.
