KDN designs are cut for a taller leaner woman. KDN size 4 is a US size 10. A US medium is an 8-10 and this is how I’m sizing the dress. Fabric is gorgeous washed silk!!! Item comes out of a KDN sample lot. Made in ITALY. Collar to hemline 44” Across chest 28” * 95% silk 5% Lycra/Spandex - very stretchy
